Customs entries, checked line by line.

TariffSense reads your entry summaries, invoices and shipping documents, verifies HS codes, duty rates and declared item details, and shows your team exactly what to fix.

Who it's for

  • Import compliance teams

Review every entry your brokers file, not a sample. Catch misclassifications, missed trade-remedy duties and tariff rates while there is still time to correct them.

  • Customs brokers

A second set of eyes on every filing. Less rework, higher accuracy and less time spent on internal reviews and quality assurance.

  • Freight forwarders & 3PLs

Hand your broker clean, pre-checked shipment data. Fewer holds, fewer back-and-forth emails, happier shippers.

Different ways to use TariffSense.

  • Post-entry audit

Upload entry summaries, invoices and packing lists. Every line is checked for classification, duty rate, valuation, quantity, origin and trade-agreement claims.

  • HS code & duty tools

Look up any HS code and see the full duty stack for the date you need: base rate, Section 232, Section 301, IEEPA, antidumping and countervailing duties, quotas and trade-agreement rates.

  • Compliance dashboard

Monitor customs compliance across shipments, track changing regulations and HS codes, and see risks, trends and opportunities for cost savings.

  • API & integrations

Integrate TariffSense's classification, tariff calculation and compliance intelligence directly into your existing systems and workflows.

How it works

  1. Upload

Drop in entry summaries, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, or a whole month of broker exports. Any layout, PDF or spreadsheet.
  2. Read

TariffSense extracts every line and matches it across documents, so the invoice line, the entry line and the product all agree.
  3. Check

Each line is tested against current tariff measures and classification rules, while all declared data is cross-checked across supporting documents and data sources. Every finding comes with the reason and the fix.
  4. Act

Review, dismiss or correct findings, export the report, and file corrections through your broker with the numbers already worked out.

The whole duty stack, on the date it applied.

Tariffs change frequently, with different effective dates, exclusions and stacking rules. TariffSense tracks these changes over time, so every entry is checked against the rules in effect on its filing date, not today's. From Section 232 and Section 301 to IEEPA, surtaxes, quotas and exclusions, the platform determines which measures apply and how they interact to calculate the correct duties.

Reads the documents you actually have.

A scanned invoice, a handwritten consignment sheet, a broker's spreadsheet export or a forty-page entry packet: TariffSense extracts and reconciles information across them all. If a format is new to us, support is a matter of days, not a project.
